The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage accounting activities while providing accurate financial information and recommendations to management.
1. Accounting Operations
Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial transactions.
Ensure accurate recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Review accounting documents, vouchers, invoices, and supporting schedules.
Maintain organized and updated accounting records.
2. Auditing and Internal Controls
Conduct and supervise internal audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial records.
Review financial transactions, supporting documents, and accounting procedures for discrepancies or irregularities.
Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary financial documents and supporting schedules.
Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal control procedures.
3. Financial Reporting
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely preparation of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
Analyze financial performance, expenses, and variances.
Present financial reports and relevant findings to management.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
4. Financial Accounting and Compliance

Strong experience in auditing, financial reporting, and financial accounting.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control procedures.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial reports.
Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax compliance, and applicable Philippine accounting standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software.
