Zusammenfassung

RMRoque Group of Companies Inc is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance across multiple units.

You will supervise staff, ensure accurate records, coordinate with auditors and government agencies, and implement strong internal controls.

A CPA or proven accounting leadership background with 5+ years in supervisory roles and solid knowledge of BIR/PFRS is required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a CPA OR extensive and proven experience in accounting management, financial reporting, and taxation.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling multiple companies, mall operations, property management, or food retail businesses is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple companies and business units.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting reports.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and monitoring of financial transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and compliance with government regulations.
• Monitor and review financial records, expenses, revenues, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies.
• Establish and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise and evaluate accounting personnel and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Provide Management with accurate financial information and recommendations.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations across multiple companies and business units
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting reports
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and monitoring of financial transactions
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and compliance with government regulations
• Monitor and review financial records, expenses, revenues, and intercompany transactions

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) OR possess extensive and proven experience in accounting management, financial reporting, and taxation
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR taxation, and statutory compliance
• Experience handling multiple companies, mall operations, property management, or food retail businesses is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of meeting strict reporting deadlines
