About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of the company's financial information. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on leadership skills and the ability to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support management with reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other accounting functions
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure established deadlines are met
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate unusual or outstanding items
• Maintain appropriate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and government regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and facilitate the timely submission of audit requirements
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas requiring corrective action

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in accounting, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax and statutory requirements is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
