Job summary

J. Nitton Development Corp is seeking an Accounting Associate (Accounts Receivable) to support our finance team with customer accounts, billing, and cash receipts in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA a plus) and has hands-on AR exposure, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with BIR regulations. This role offers end-to-end AR responsibilities within a dynamic property development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or a related business course.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, cashiering, or general accounting.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property development is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIR regulations, EWT, VAT, TRAIN Law, and eFPS/eBIRForms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and accounting systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in accounts receivable, cashiering, or general accounting, particularly within real estate, construction, or property development.
