Job summary

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile inventory records regularly.
• Prepare and review journal entries for payables, receivables, and inventory.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and reports.
• Conduct site visits and occasional supplier/client visits.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections follow-up, and reconciliation of customer accounts
• Maintain and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accuracy between physical counts and system records
• Prepare and review journal entries related to payables, receivables, and inventory transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, sales) to resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and reports as needed
• Conduct site visits, inventory counts, or supplier/client visits as required (occasional travel)
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
