Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile petty cash and monthly revolving fund; prepare replenishment reports.
• Update sales reports from event dockets.
• Compute and disburse semi-monthly payroll including 13th month pay.
• Prepare government remittance payments (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and report.
• Monitor leave credits and off-credit of employees.
• Process invoices and SOAs; requisition payments to suppliers.
• Maintain financial records and deposit slips; bank account withdrawals.
• Handle client and vendor communications via phone, email, in-person.
• Assist audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform miscellaneous related tasks.
