Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the Philippines is seeking an experienced accountant to handle bank reconciliation and prepare payroll. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and have strong knowledge of accounting functions. Familiarity with the construction industry and knowledge of Labor Law & Tax Compliance is a plus. This role requires discretion in dealing with confidential information while working independently and collaboratively within various teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Labor Law & Tax Compliance is a plus.
• Experience in computation, filing, and payment of BIR taxes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bank reconciliation and summaries of all bank accounts.
• Prepare payroll for the company.
• Perform other work assigned by company accountants.
