Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle general accounting, payroll and tax preparation for various clients
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
• Preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliation
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Update BIR books of accounts
• Meeting clients outside the office and do accounting fieldwork
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
• Prepare registration documents for the business registration at SEC, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and LGU of all clients
• Coordinate requirements to the clients to complete registration requirements
• Keep track of the liquidation of all expenses incurred during registration per client
• Finalize project completion report to be submitted to the client
• Internal client billing and collection tasks

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
• Preferably CPA but BSA Graduate may apply
• Passionate and eager to learn
• With good written and oral communication skills and attention to details
• Knowledge in Quickbooks or Xero is an advantage
• Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance/General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
