Job summary

You will prepare check payments from other business units, coordinate with the accounting Officer to provide funds to the branch, update passbooks, and send updates to groups on WeChat. You will also provide monthly SOA on stock transfers, monitor expenses by unit, prepare bank deposits, handle printing of stock documents, and release inventory issues on Acumatica while comparing to

Responsibilities

• Prepare check payments from other business units
• Coordinate with main accounting Officer in providing funds to branch
• Update all passbooks and send daily to specific groups on WeChat
• Provide SOA on stock transfers monthly and forward to Cost Analyst for payment issuance
• Monitor Expense accounts per business unit
• Prepare bank deposits and keep them on file
• Handle printing of SO documents and distribution upon branch requests
• Release inventory issues on Acumatica and compare with Purchase orders
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
