Job summary

Baofu International Marketing Corp is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at Bancal Carmona Cavite on a full-time basis. You will help record, reconcile, and report financial transactions in accordance with standards and company policies.

You will support accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end close, payroll verification, and routine financial reporting under supervision, with opportunities for professional growth within the accounting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

About the role

Baofu International Marketing Corp is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on a full-time basis at our Bancal Carmona Cavite location. This role is fundamental to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting functions. As an Accounting Assistant, you will work alongside our accounting team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

What you'll be doing

• Recording and verifying financial transactions in the accounting system with accuracy and attention to detail

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and payments

• Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies

• Maintaining and organising financial records, receipts, and supporting documentation

• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Preparing routine financial reports and statements under supervision

• Processing expense reports and reimbursements for employees

• Assisting with payroll processing and verification

• Supporting the accounting team with general administrative duties and special projects as needed

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant accounting qualifications or coursework is preferred

• Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices

• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
