Job summary

Baofu International Marketing Corp is seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team at Bancal Carmona Cavite on a full-time basis. You will help record, reconcile, and report financial transactions in accordance with standards and company policies.

You will support accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end close, payroll verification, and routine financial reporting under supervision, with opportunities for professional growth within the accounting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable numeracy skills and comfort with financial data.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Record and verify financial transactions in the accounting system with accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize financial records, receipts, and supporting docs.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare routine financial reports and statements under supervision.
• Process expense reports and reimbursements for employees.
