Qualifications

• CPA or CA preferred; accounting background essential.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience with solid knowledge.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Accounting knowledge and financial report interpretation.
• Monthly Reporting & Management Pack preparation.
• Compliance checks and audit support.
• Audit assistance for annual audits (16 per year).
• Debt collection management with clients and legal reps.
• Assist with annual budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• System knowledge of Urbanise Strata.
• Prepare GST and BAS reports for review.
• Administrative support for onboarding and filing.
