Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an experienced accounting/administrative professional for a hybrid role based in Metro Manila. You will handle financial reporting, audits, budgets, and debt collection supporting OC/Owners Corporation operations.

We value CPA/CA candidates with 5+ years of accounting experience and strong English communication. Proficiency in Excel and Urbanise Strata is a plus; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA preferred; accounting knowledge essential.
• Fluent English communication required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Available to commence immediately.

Responsibilities

• Accounting knowledge and interpretation of financial reports.
• Prepare monthly reporting and management packs for review.
• Perform compliance checks and assist audits.
• Support debt collection and client communications as needed.
• Assist with annual budgets and monitoring expenditures.
• Utilize Excel; apply Urbanise Strata where applicable.
• Prepare GST and BAS reports and maintain filing systems.
