Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer specializing in contact center and back office services, is seeking an experienced accounting and administration professional to join our Philippines team. You will support monthly reporting, budgeting, GST/BAS, audits, compliance checks, and debt collection, while providing onboarding and administrative support to the OC portfolio.

Fluent English, CPA/CA preferred, and a minimum of five years of accounting experience are required; hybrid work

Qualifications

• CPA or CA preferred; accounting background essential.
• Fluent English with strong communication.
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience.
• Hybrid work arrangement available.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly reporting and management pack prep.
• Conduct compliance checks and assist audits (16 per year).
• Manage debt collection with clients and legal reps.
• Assist with annual budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare GST and BAS reports; ensure accuracy.
• Support onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Maintain filing and OC portal documents.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of financials and accounting records.
