Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Monitor inventory accounting, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Assist in cost accounting related to drug manufacturing and distribution.
• Assist in tax planning, filing, and compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding tax).
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit requirements.
• Support preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations (BIR)
• Support regulatory reporting requirements relevant to the pharmaceutical industry

General Accounting Operations

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

• Analyze variances and provide recommendations to management

Team Supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Preferred or Required
