Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, and month-/year-end close
• Prepare and review financial statements per PFRS
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness
• Partner with operations and management on cost control, profitability analysis, and financial decision support
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators

Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including team leadership
