TESDA, located at central office in the Accounting Division of the Financial and Management Service, seeks a qualified staff member for payroll review, compliance, and financial reporting support. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2 years of relevant experience, and RA 1080 eligibility.

SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 59,153.00)PERA: P2,000.00
15 % - Reviews payroll, purchase orders (PO), job orders (JO), disbursement vouchers, and other regular payments, ensuring proper consideration of deductions such as loans, mandatory deductions, and taxes;10 % - Ensure compliance with financial policies regarding the payment of expenditures;15 % - Reviews the withholding and remittance of taxes, particularly in relation to BIR forms 2316 and 2307;10 % - Ensures strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the recording of financial transactions;10 % - Ensures that all communications and memos from various offices are addressed and responded to;15 % - Ensures that COA findings are adequately addressed and acted upon receipt of the Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM);10 % - Ensures duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Individual Statements of Assets and Liabilities (SALN) are submitted to HRMD by the deadline without any revisions;10 % - Ensures strict monitoring of cash advances, payables, receivables, and accounts with PLDT, Globe, and Smart Communications; and5 % - Performs other duties as assigned.
