Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile and prepare necessary adjustment for all disbursements under Revolving Fund and prepare the Bank Reconciliation Statement
• Record, monitor and maintain subsidiary ledgers of Accounts Payable for all funds including the preparation of Financial Accountability Reports for Accounts Payables.
• Monitor, reconcile Funding Check Memorandum and Transfer Order received from UP System and prepare Journal Entry Vouchers
• Record, monitor, reconcile and maintain subsidiary ledgers for Cash in Bank, Time Deposit (all funds) including recording of interest income earned and prepare financial report for submission to the management & COA
