Job summary

1Rotary Trading Corporation in Taguig is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for Accounts Receivable to lead daily AR operations, ensure accurate invoicing, monitor aging, and drive timely collections to strengthen cash flow.

You will mentor a team, prepare AR reports, reconcile payments, and implement best practices. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and at least two years’ supervisory experience in retail are required; on-site work at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Extensive knowledge of general accounting.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in financial software.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor AR team.
• Oversee invoicing to ensure timely billing.
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate collections.
• Prepare AR reports, cash flow forecasts, and metrics.
• Reconcile customer payments and posting of receipts.
• Focus on reducing overdue balances.
