Qualifications

• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; prior real estate or premium sales experience is a plus.

We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Account / Property Specialists to join our premier real estate sales team. In this role, you will market and sell high-value residential projects in the booming hub of Filinvest Alabang, specifically focusing on The Levels, Studio N, and Studio City.

As an Account Specialist, you aren’t just selling property—you are selling a sophisticated, premium lifestyle. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing high-ticket deals, utilizing data-driven sales frameworks to hit and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Curation & Sales: Actively showcase and market premium inventory (The Levels, Studio N) to high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Run active prospecting campaigns, manage client inquiries, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Client Consultations: Conduct professional property presentations, site viewings, and virtual consultations to guide clients through the buying process.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term networks with prospective buyers, real estate investors, and corporate partners.

Compensation & Perks

• Industry-Leading Commission: 3% per unit uncapped commission structure—giving you massive earning potential on premium projects.
• Competitive Financial Package: Monthly allowance of ₱18,000 to ₱21,000 to support your active prospecting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Must reside in Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, or Laguna and be fully committed to working on-site in Alabang.
• Education: College Graduate or have completed a minimum of 72 college units (strictly required for PRC compliance and eventual sales accreditation).
