Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Accountancy or a related accounting field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Financial Accounting processes.

• Knowledge of the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoice processing, payment application, account monitoring, collection follow-up, and reconciliation.

• Good understanding of general accounting principles and standards, with basic knowledge of BIR compliance and related documentation.

• Strong analytical skills with good comprehension and the ability to analyze account balances and outstanding receivables.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.

• Proficient in accounts receivable reconciliation, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordination with customers and internal departments.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal.

• Can start ASAP.
