Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales and marketing professional to drive salary loan accounts and meet sales quotas.

You will establish strong relationships with DepEd principals, teachers and employees, identify growth opportunities, and engage potential clients for production activities. You will also handle inquiries and coordinate with other units to resolve service issues, delivering reliable, customer-focused banking support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from any 4 year degree course.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing including strategic selling and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring sales quota is met.
• Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identifying potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and liaising with other units to resolve operational or service issues.
