Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume, maintain profitability, ensure sound credit quality, and deliver excellent customer service across the borrower base in the Philippines.

The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with DepEd Principals, teachers, and employees, identifying new clients for production activities, and coordinating with internal units to resolve operational or service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.
