Job summary

BDO Unibank in Balanga, Philippines is hiring Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to generate quality Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.

The role involves identifying institutions, accrediting partners, and building strong relationships with heads of institutions, HR, payroll leads and other key personnel to drive product adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4- or 5-year course.
• Direct experience in sales and marketing, including strategic selling and negotiation.
• At least 3 years of work experience in related field.
• Familiarity with Salary Loan products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accredit potential Non-DepEd institutions that can be accommodated and offered with Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with the Head of Institutions, Department Heads, HR Head, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and coordinate with other units to resolve issues.

Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves asliaisonwith other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course

Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)

At least 3 years of work experience in the related field isrequired

Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
