Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
• Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
• Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings
• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
• Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
