Hive Health Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our SMB health plans. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and collaborate with partners to expand Hive’s reach.

Formación

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts.
• Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs.
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product and other health plans in the market.
• Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure Hive offers unparalleled offerings.
• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities.
• Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an exceptional user experience.
