Hive Health is seeking an Account Management Associate to nurture and grow relationships with SMEs in the Philippines. You will collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive lifecycle engagement.

You will lead onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, and coordinate marketing initiatives like webinars and newsletters, using data to inform business decisions. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities in a Harvard/Stanford-backed health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in account management or business development.
• Ability to build business reports and perform analyses using data.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Collaborative, proactive and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Lead discussions and negotiations of contract renewals.
• Organize marketing initiatives like webinars and newsletters to drive engagement.
• Incorporate account feedback into product development and strategy.
• Develop deep understanding of Hive Health products and health plans.
