Hive Health is seeking an Account Management Associate to nurture and grow relationships with SMEs in the Philippines. You will collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive lifecycle engagement.

You will lead onboarding, check-ins, contract renewals, and coordinate marketing initiatives like webinars and newsletters, using data to inform business decisions. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities in a Harvard/Stanford-backed health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in account management or business development.

About The Role

As an Account Management Associate, you will help develop Hive’s transformative health plan experience across SMEs by nurturing and strengthening Hive’s relationships with our accounts. As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.

Responsibilities

As an Account Management Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts through facilitating onboarding sessions, conducting regular check-ins and business reports, and attending to day-to-day concerns
• Lead the discussions and negotiations of contract renewals
• Organize marketing initiatives such as webinars and newsletters that drive member engagement
• Solicit feedback from accounts and incorporate these into product development and overall business strategy
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as health plans and processes in the market
• Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in account management, business development, or related fields
• Ability to effectively use data in building business reports and performing business analysis
• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
• Curious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
