Job summary

Lamudi Philippines is seeking a dynamic Account Manager for Broker Clients to nurture and grow a portfolio of small to medium enterprises, brokerages, and independent licensed brokers. The role is hybrid with a focus on revenue growth through proactive relationship management and product adoption.

You will manage a high-volume client portfolio, identify commercial opportunities, and drive renewals and upsells while collaborating with Product and Support teams to resolve client challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, telesales, or customer success.
• Onsite at Makati corporate office, 5 days a week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tagalog.
• Strong ability to manage a large volume of clients with high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management & client retention across brokerage accounts and independent brokers.
• Monitor account health, subscription activity, product utilization, and churn risk; take action.
• Develop retention strategies to improve renewals and portfolio stability.
• Maintain monthly outreach, client consultations, and follow-ups to support revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to resolve client challenges and improve performance.
• Drive revenue growth via renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and upgrades.
• Educate clients on LamudiPro tools and dashboards to boost listing performance.
