Job summary

Lamudi Philippines seeks an Account Manager for Broker Clients to grow revenue and maximize client value across a portfolio of SMEs, brokerages, and independent brokers. You will manage relationships, drive renewals and upsells, and promote LamudiPro tools to improve listing performance.

The role requires strong sales execution, a consultative approach, and the ability to handle high-volume client portfolios from the Makati office, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in account management, inside sales, or customer success.
• Experience handling SMEs or real estate brokers is a strong plus.
• Excellent English and Tagalog verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of brokerage accounts and independent brokers; maintain engagement and relationships.
• Drive revenue through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and upgrades; plan growth paths for clients.
• Analyze client listing performance and advise on pricing, descriptions, images, and visibility; train on LamudiPro tools.
