AYSN Group of Companies in San Juan City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Account Executive (NCR) to grow key retailer and distributor relationships in Home Appliances (Hyundai).

You will manage accounts, drive sales targets, negotiate contracts, coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams, and provide regular performance reports. Travel to client sites is required as needed. This role demands strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in home appliances or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution models, and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail, distribution, and e-commerce partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans and promotional strategies to maximize sales and market share.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales initiatives and resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure timely support for clients and customers.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
• Monitor product stock levels and order processing to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
