AYSN Group of Companies in San Juan City is looking for an Account Manager to oversee key retailer, distributor and e-commerce accounts in the Home Appliances (Hyundai) segment. Drive sales, negotiate contracts and ensure seamless execution of strategies aligned with company goals to grow market share.

The role requires building strong client relationships, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with marketing, logistics, and product teams to deliver targets and timely post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, distribution models, and retail dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, distribution, and e-commerce partners.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute account plans and promotional strategies to maximize sales and market share.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales initiatives and resolve client issues.
• Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure timely support for clients and customers.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor activities.
• Monitor product stock levels and order processing to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
