ClearDesk in San Diego is seeking an Account Executive to expand our client base and offshore staffing solutions. You'll run a high volume of discovery calls booked by our SDR team, using a consultative, relationship-first approach to understand each prospect's needs and position ClearDesk's services as the right fit.

The role emphasizes building top accounts across multiple verticals, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and tracking activity in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling in high-growth or enterprise startup environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Build genuine rapport on every call, dig into a prospect's real business needs, and position ClearDesk's services as the right fit — relationships and understanding come first, the sale follows.
• Sales Discovery: Run a high volume of discovery calls with prospects booked by our SDR team.
• Strategy: Help shape and execute a business development strategy aligned with ClearDesk's broader goals.
• Sales Achievement: Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting discovery calls into closed business.
• Business Development: Build and grow your own book of business, selling to top accounts across multiple verticals.
• Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on your sales activity and pipeline using our CRM.
