CLC Marketing Ventures Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development/Sales professional to expand our corporate client base. The role involves field visits to client sites, presenting furniture solutions, and closing deals, with close collaboration to design, production, and logistics teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in B2B sales, with strong negotiation, account management, and CRM skills to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Generate new business leads and develop new corporate accounts to expand the company’s client base.
Build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and other business development activities.
Identify and understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions based on their requirements.
Prepare, present, and proactively follow up on quotations and business proposals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and effectively close sales opportunities.
Monitor the sales pipeline, pending quotations, and potential project opportunities to ensure timely follow-up.
Meet and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the Design, Technical, Production, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate client information, update CRM records, monitor sales forecasts, and prepare required sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; college graduate in a relevant field.
1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred, particularly in B2B, corporate, or project-based sales.
Industry experience in office furniture, commercial furniture, interior fit-out, construction, building materials, architectural products, real estate, or related industries is highly preferred.
Proven sales experience in client acquisition, account management, product presentations, quotation preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in handling corporate accounts, project requirements, site visits, and procurement processes is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Strong prospecting and business development skills, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively manage accounts.
Knowledge of office furniture, workplace solutions, and related products is preferred.
Strong skills in preparing quotations, sales forecasting, and managing sales pipelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing and able to conduct regular fieldwork, client visits, and on-site business meetings.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and perform effectively under pressure.
Professional appearance with a positive, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
Background or certifications in project management, digital marketing, and Microsoft applications is an advantage but not required.
Strong product knowledge or formal training in the furniture industry is highly preferred.
Must have sufficient mobility and physical stamina to safely perform regular sales activities, fieldwork, and client visits.
