Job summary

Lica Land Group in the Philippines is seeking a proactive field sales professional to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base for office furniture solutions. You will visit prospective and existing clients, present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, excellent service from inquiry to after-sales, and travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• They must be confident in presenting products, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities.
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in the furniture or office solutions industry is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, visit clients, and travel within the assigned territory. Experience in furniture, office solutions, or B2B sales is an advantage but not required.
• Applicants should be highly motivated, professional, and committed to achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
