The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with clients to ensure the successful delivery of restaurant, catering, events, and other related services. The position serves as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate coordination, and achievement of sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, catering, events, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in restaurant, catering, hotel, or events operations is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and able to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications.
Willing to conduct client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for catering, restaurant events, functions, and other services.
Respond to client inquiries, requests for proposals, and event or catering requirements.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, site inspections, and consultations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and other required sales documents.
Discuss menus, packages, event concepts, pricing, inclusions, and service arrangements with clients.
Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Kitchen, Events, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments regarding client requirements.
Ensure that client requirements and special requests are properly communicated and documented.
Monitor confirmed bookings, payments, event details, and other account requirements.
Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, quotations, bookings, and pending requirements.
Assist in planning and coordinating events from initial inquiry until event completion.
Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction throughout the sales and event process.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Prepare sales reports, account updates, and other required documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Attend networking activities, trade events, job fairs, exhibits, and other business development activities when required.
Maintain accurate and updated client and prospect records.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
