Insurance Account Executive

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage the full cycle of group health and protection programs. This role covers everything from prospecting and onboarding to policy servicing, renewals, and relationship management for corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Oversee quotation, proposal preparation, actuarial and underwriting coordination, policy issuance, billing, and claims facilitation.
• Recommend and customize employee-benefit or health-related insurance solutions to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor policy expirations, prepare renewal terms, and lead negotiations to maintain strong retention rates.
• Coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve inquiries and deliver timely solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee benefits, group health, or life insurance account management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance servicing, including policy administration and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing corporate or employee benefit accounts.
