Job summary

Zenith United Electric Corp in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to drive growth across existing and new customers, promoting the company’s products and solutions to meet customer requirements. The role includes CRM activities, order processing, and telemarketing to reactivate inactive accounts.

You will maintain regular customer communications, support inquiries and quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets from existing and new customers.
• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through visits, calls, and telemarketing.
• Promote the company’s products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand requirements and gather market information.
• Support customer needs related to product inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Address basic customer concerns and coordinate internally when necessary.
• Accomplish reactivation of 5 to 10 inactive client accounts during weekly telemarketing day.
• Convert customer Purchase Orders (PO) into accurate Sales Orders.
• Ensure completeness of order details such as product specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Inventory, and Financials to address any order concern and support timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor status of quotations and sales leads.
• Follow up on opportunities to convert them into sales.
• Maintain updated customer and opportunity records.
• Submit sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and customer reports

A. Sales Generation
