Sales Generation and Account Management
- Conduct regular client visits, lead generation, and sales calls to hospitals, clinics, and procurement offices.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and end-users especially on every departments of the accounts handled.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate terms within company-approved parameters to close deals effectively
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Provide sales forecasts and collection forecasts by analyzing customer purchasing patterns, market trends, and account requirements to support inventory planning, budgeting, and business decision-making.
Bidding and Documentation
- Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and coordinate with Admin and Product Specialists for pricing and requirements.
- Monitor ongoing and upcoming bids and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Ensure completeness and compliance of all sales template monitoring and bid-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and correspondence.
- Prepare and compile bid abstracts, quotations, and comparative analyses to facilitate bid evaluation and management decision-making.
- Provide strategic pricing support by coordinating with relevant departments, analyzing competitor pricing, cost structures, and market conditions to develop competitive and profitable bid proposals.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting for delivery scheduling, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Field Operations Manager.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business development planning.
- Participate in branch meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Client Relationship and Product Promotion
- Promote Josmef products through field demonstrations, orientations, and seminars.
- Build a strong customer base through professional conduct and excellent service.
- Represent the company during conventions, conferences, and trade exhibits.
- Ensure continuous client engagement to sustain loyalty and business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any medical related course.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools
Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage and will be considered a plus.
Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and customer focus.
