Job summary

TOA Global is hiring an Account Development Representative in Cebu. You will generate sales opportunities through proactive outbound calls and other channels, identifying and engaging new customers to hand over qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.

You will qualify prospects, book meetings, and maintain precise CRM data while hitting outbound KPIs. This role supports growth in a fast-paced SaaS/ marketplace environment within a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based sales and outbound prospecting.
• Ability to qualify cold leads and move opportunities forward.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other channels.
• Identify and engage new prospective customers through CRM data and market research.
• Qualify prospects against criteria and uncover customer needs.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives meeting quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in CRM.
