Job summary

The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation in Manila is seeking an Accounts and Partnerships Officer to drive growth through strategic collaborations. You will engage with companies and professional groups to promote Salary Loan programs, onboard partners, and ensure value delivery across partnerships.

You will design partnership models with Sales Head and Product Group Head, manage end-to-end processes from negotiations to onboarding, and monitor performance to optimize outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in financial services or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities through collaboration.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and partners.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Accounts and Partnerships Officer, youll play a key role in accelerating our sales growth through strategic partnerships. Youll actively engage with companies and professional groups to promote TGLFCs Salary Loan programs, strengthen existing alliances, and onboard new partner organizations.

You'll work closely with the Sales Head and Product Group Head in designing and structuring partnership models, overseeing the end-to-end salary loan process from partnership negotiations to employee onboarding ensuring every collaboration delivers value and impact.
