AerKrete Building Solutions Inc in Metro Manila seeks a results-driven Sales Professional to grow revenue for Aerkrete AAC blocks by developing strategic plans and engaging architects, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; 2–3 years in construction sales; strong communication and negotiation skills; willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
Strong understanding of construction products, services, or project sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Aerkrete AAC blocks.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of Aerkrete AAC blocks.
Collaborate with clients to provide technical support and solutions.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
