Job summary

Euros Builder Materials Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales professional to identify opportunities, present products, and exceed sales quotas.

You will build long-term client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth orders and after-sales support. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year in sales or related roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or related role.
• Prior sales experience with AAC blocks or related building materials is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, referrals, networking, and client visits.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explain product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, billing, and after-sales support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
