Qualifications

• Experience in software support or application support.
• Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
• Experience reproducing, analyzing, and investigating software faults.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring user issues and document findings.
• Monitor application logs and escalate complex cases.
• Provide second-level support to internal colleagues and assist first level team.
• Investigate database issues (SQL/NoSQL) and analyze application behavior.
• Use C# to troubleshoot and reproduce issues for stability.
