Job summary

Globe is seeking a DC Site Operations M&E Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot critical data center infrastructure in Manila. You will support 24x7 operations, oversee incidents, and coordinate with vendors to ensure service continuity and energy efficiency.

The role requires familiarity with M&E and building facilities, ITIL processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in 24x7 DC or facilities operations is required.
• Knowledge of M&E and building facilities like CRACs, Chiller, PDUs, UPS.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service large-scale in-country data centre infrastructure to ensure 24x7 operations.
• Act as Level 1 escalation point, resolve onsite incidents within SLA.
• Understand M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the DC.
• Document requests and incidents on internal ticketing systems.
• Apply ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.
• Ensure safety, security and customer support policy compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; inspect completed work.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal disruption.
