Job summary

Globe is seeking a DC Site Operations Specialist to safeguard data center reliability and uptime. You will perform routine checks, monitor critical infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues under predefined safety and operational protocols.

You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have at least one year in a technical support role within data centers or IT infrastructure, with experience on PDUs, UPS, and HVAC systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• At least one year of experience in a technical support role within a data center or IT infrastructure environment. Experience with PDUs, UPSs and HVAC systems is advantageous.
• Certifications in data center management (e.g., CDCP) are highly preferred. Training in safety protocols is a plus.
