Job summary

Globe Group is seeking a Data Center Operations Specialist in the Philippines to manage 24x7 onsite operations and monitor critical facilities. You will handle incident response, escalation, and coordination with contractors to ensure uptime and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years in a 24x7 setting, a relevant Engineering degree, and strong English communication. Training in ITIL and safety procedures is provided. Fresh graduates may apply, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in a 24x7 operations environment (data centers, NOCs, etc.).
• General knowledge of M&E and data center critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7 onsite operations and monitoring of critical facilities.
• Act as first responder and Level 1 escalation for incidents.
• Perform remote hands requests within SLAs and document activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; review PTW docs.
• Generate routine reports and assist in ISO27001/SSAE audits.
