Job summary

Globe Telecom's DC Site Operations Specialist role focuses on ensuring optimal data center performance and reliability. You will support critical infrastructure within safety and operational protocols, performing routine checks and troubleshooting to improve stability and efficiency.

The position requires a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, plus experience with data center equipment and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) is required.
• Certifications in data center management (e.g., CDCP) are highly preferred.
• Proven knowledge of data center components and infrastructure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to ensure data center reliability and stability.
• Assist in maintaining critical infrastructure including PDUs, UPSs, HVAC systems.
• Document issues and actions; work with teams and partners to meet safety and compliance standards.
