Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years in SRE or production support.
• Hands-on with AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Kubernetes and Docker expertise.
• Familiar with Jenkins and Git CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java applications.
• Monitor health with AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Participate in release and change review meetings.
• Develop automation scripts to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams for performance improvements.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Maintain incident resolution documentation.
