Job summary

You will document monitoring events, ensure cameras are fully operational, and troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining punctuality for full shifts in Ortigas, Pasig City, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Comfortable in front of a computer for long periods.
• Able to use keyboard and mouse proficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic email and web browsing.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in Security, Armed Forces, Protective Services, Video Surveillance, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor control center systems by processing motion triggered alarms and live video feeds.
• Understand and observe video feeds to identify threats and risks.
• Escalate threats and risks to clients for immediate resolution.
• Record pertinent monitoring events for archiving and investigation.
• Ensure all cameras and control center components are operational.
• Identify and troubleshoot various technical problems and escalate as needed.
• Maintain attendance and timeliness; arrive prepared for full shift.
